Ways To Decrease Your Stress!
In this day and age it’s easy to get stressed out.
My day can be busy and hectic and it doesn’t take long for me to feel overwhelmed. That usually leads to being stressed out.
Stress is unavoidable. So how do we deal with all this stress? Is there some kind of trick?
There are life changes you can make that will help reduce your stress. There are also several things you can do that will give you immediate short term stress relief.
Let’s talk about the short term solutions first
The thing that helps me the most when I get stressed is to listen to some music. You would be surprised at how soothing some music can be. If you are going to listen to music as a stress reliever try to find something classical or maybe some nature sounds. Anything that is calming will help with your stress.
Laughing improves your mood and decreases the level of stress causing hormones. If you find yourself getting overwhelmed and stressed out try finding something to laugh about.
Believe it or not eating a bite of chocolate is said to help reduce stress. Coco increases the level of neurochemicals in your body, helping you relax. Which is awesome. Because now I have an excuse to eat chocolate!
