Types of Self-Care

Self-care is a vital part of helping us deal with stressors in life that can’t be avoided. Sadly, most people view self-care as a luxury instead of a priority. When you neglect self-care you end up feeling overwhelmed, tired, and ill-equipped to handle life’s challenges.

There are six types of self-care. It’s important to remember and take care of all aspects of your self-care. Don’t just focus on one.
