The Fear Of Failure
Don’t let the fear of failing hold you back.
Everyone is afraid of failing, and everyone fails at something. How you handle that failure is what defines you as a person.

Failure can be a hard thing to deal with, but you can’t stop trying. You are going to make mistakes. You are going to have setbacks. It’s not very much fun but you can’t avoid it.
The first step to dealing with you failure is to accept how you feel. You will be disappointed and hurt. It’s okay to feel this way, don’t try to paint a smile on your face and pretend everything is okay. Accepting your emotions and letting them in will help you get over them faster.
Just because you had a setback and failed at something, does not mean you are a failure. It is so easy to convince yourself that because you failed, you are a failure. Don’t go down that road of negativity it can be very self destructive.
Instead remind yourself, just because you failed today doesn’t mean you will fail tomorrow. Failure doesn’t last your whole life as long as you take action, learn from your failure, and keep moving forward. Failure is temporary not permanent.
