To get rid of stress you first have to know what causes it.
Stress is caused by stressors. Stressors are anything that puts a high demand on you, such as an exhausting job or family problems.
Not all stress is bad. In small doses stress can help you preform better under pressure. The problem is, most people have way to much stress and your mind and body pay the price.
Stress is just your bodies way of reacting to a demand or threat. Unfortunately too much stress can lead to health problems like depression, heart disease and even pain. It can even effect your sleep and digestion.
Stress can creep up on you. You get used to feeling that way and it starts to feel normal. Now you have a problem because you didn’t realize what was happening until you got stress overload.
That’s why it’s important to know what the signs are, so you can stop it before it’s too late. There are many physical and emotions signs that you are heading towards a stress overload.
Constant aches and pains or frequently getting colds or the flue are some of the physical symptoms.
Depression, anxiety, moodiness and even loneliness are all emotional signs of stress.
You may even start eating more or less or have trouble sleeping.
