Daily Habits That Can Make You Unhappy
We all want to be happy. Changing some of your daily habits may help you.
Life circumstances can make our lives unhappy, but often times our unhappiness comes from our own thinking, behavior and habits.
Here are some habits that can make your life miserable and unhappy.
Aiming for perfection.
Things shouldn’t have to be perfect for you to be happy. I am a perfectionist. I always feel like if things aren’t perfect I’ve done something wrong. It took me a while to realized, life isn’t perfect and neither am I. Aiming for perfection usually ends up with unfinished projects. There is such a thing as good enough.
Hanging out with negative people.
If all you hear all day is negativity, it’s going to be hard for you to be happy. Who you surround yourself with will have a big effect on how you feel and think. It’s hard to be happy when you are being drown in a sea of negative voices. This habit is easy to fix. Find people who are happy and spend time with them. Cut out the people who are constantly negative and drag you down.
