Have you ever watched a creative person and wondered what drives them? Where does their creativity come from?

It turns out there are some characteristics that creative people share. Creativity should be encouraged, and It can even be developed.

So here are the characteristics that creative people have in common.

Focus. Creative people are often very focused people. They have a lot of energy and stay focused on the task at hand until it gets done. Sometimes that takes hours, sometimes it takes months, it can even take years.

A sense of wonder. It is said, creativity requires brilliance. If that’s true, then creative people are brilliant, but they don’t think they know everything. They keep a sense of wonder about the world that makes them question things others think nothing about. It’s those questions that spark ideas.

Tend to be loners. This one isn’t completely true. Creative people aren’t necessarily loners. They socialize with others, and it’s usually those interactions that inspire ideas. Then they lock themselves in their studios, where they bask in the alone time to work their creative magic.

Open and Sensitive. Empathy and sensitivity are two great qualities that creative people have. They also tend to be open to all the possibilities of the…
